We are delighted that Scarlet Bulmer, our Regulatory & Technical Manager, has won the Rising Star award at the Hull and East Yorkshire People In Business Awards 2025.
Scarlet’s journey to this recognition began with her Biomedical Science degree from Nottingham Trent University, which she completed in June 2022. After gaining valuable experience as a Quality Auditor, she joined Rubicon Technical in December 2022 as a Technical & Regulatory Coordinator. She has since progressed to Regulatory & Technical Manager.
Since joining Rubicon Technical, Scarlet has demonstrated remarkable development in her experience and expertise, progressing through our team to become a recognised authority in complex EU food supplement and medicinal regulations. Her deep technical knowledge and dedication have made her a go-to expert for navigating the intricate world of regulatory compliance.
Scarlet’s impact extends far beyond our team based in Hull. Her work has reached global markets, and she has proudly represented Rubicon Technical at major industry events in London, the United States and India.
Demonstrating her commitment to continuous development, Scarlet is currently undertaking a management apprenticeship to further build her leadership skills and support the professional growth of colleagues across our business.
